Gibt es nur wenige "gute" Berufe?

Nein. Es gibt Tausende Berufe in vielen Familien. Viele gut bezahlte, erfüllende Jobs kennen Schüler noch gar nicht.

Ist meine Karriere vorbei, wenn ich die falschen Fächer wähle?

Nein. Es gibt Brückenkurse, Diplome und spätere Abschlüsse. Für die meisten Berufe gibt es einen Plan B und andere Wege.

Ich habe keine Berufserfahrung. Was kommt in meinen Lebenslauf?

Schulprojekte, Wettbewerbe, ehrenamtliche Arbeit, Aushilfe im Laden der Familie, Online-Kurse und Fähigkeiten zählen alle.

Ist es schlecht, den Beruf zu wechseln?

Berufe erkunden

Ordne Berufe in Berufsfamilien: Gesundheit, Technik, Wirtschaft und Finanzen, Kunst und Medien, Handwerk, öffentlicher Dienst, Wissenschaft und Forschung, Gastgewerbe, Landwirtschaft und mehr.

Finde zu jedem Beruf heraus: tägliche Aufgaben, nötige Ausbildung, Einstiegsgehalt, Arbeitsbedingungen und Zukunftsaussichten (wächst, bleibt gleich oder schrumpft). Gute Quellen: offizielle Berufsseiten, Stellenanzeigen, Informationsgespräche (kurze Gespräche mit Menschen, die den Beruf ausüben), Job-Shadowing (einen Tag mitlaufen), ehrenamtliche Arbeit und Praktika.

Denke auch an internationale Karrieren: Viele Fähigkeiten (Pflege, Software, Ingenieurwesen, Gastgewerbe) sind in vielen Ländern gefragt, oft braucht man dafür eine Sprache und anerkannte Abschlüsse.

Plane deinen Weg

Arbeite rückwärts vom Ziel: Beruf → Abschluss → Kurs → Schulfächer. Wege können Universität, Fachhochschule, Ausbildung im Betrieb, Berufsschule, eine eigene Firma oder der direkte Berufseinstieg mit späterem Studium sein.

Schreibe SMART-Ziele: Spezifisch, Messbar, Attraktiv (erreichbar), Realistisch, Terminiert. Beispiel: "Bis 31. März einen kostenlosen Online-Kurs zu Tabellenkalkulation abschließen und 3 Beispielbudgets erstellen."

Halte einen Plan B bereit und prüfe die Kosten: Gebühren, Stipendien, Kredite und ob du nebenbei Geld verdienen kannst.

Jobsuche: Lebenslauf, Portfolio und Vorstellungsgespräch

Probiere es aus: Schreibe heute einen einseitigen Lebenslauf für dich, mit mindestens 3 Fähigkeiten und einem Erfolg mit einer Zahl (z. B. "₹5,000 für eine Schulveranstaltung gesammelt").

Von der Schule in den Beruf und lebenslanges Lernen

Der erste Job bringt neue Gewohnheiten: Pünktlichkeit, professionelles Verhalten, Umgang mit Geld (Budget, Sparen, Steuern) und das Wissen um deine Rechte am Arbeitsplatz (Vertrag, Mindestlohn, sicherer Arbeitsplatz, keine Diskriminierung). Vorsicht vor falschen Jobangeboten, bei denen du eine Gebühr zahlen sollst.

Die Technik verändert die Arbeit ständig, deshalb wechseln Menschen oft den Job. Lerne weiter: kurze Kurse, Zertifikate, Weiterbildung im Beruf. Überprüfe deinen Plan jedes Jahr.
