- तर्कदोष: अच्छे दिखने वाले तर्क कैसे ग़लत होते हैं – तर्कदोष (fallacy) तर्क करने की ऐसी ग़लती है जो तर्क को कमज़ोर या अवैध बना देती है, भले वह सही लगे। औपचारिक तर्कदोष निगमनात्मक तर्क के रूप (ढाँचे) की ग़लती है, जैसे परिणाम की पुष्टि। अनौपचारिक तर्कदोष विषय, भाषा या प्रासंगिकता की ग़लती है, जैसे व्यक्तिगत आक्षेप, पुतला तर्क, झूठा द्विविकल्प, फिसलन भरी ढलान, भीड़ का तर्क, झूठा प्रमाण, जल्दबाज़ सामान्यीकरण, 'बाद में इसलिए कारण' और चक्रीय तर्क। इन्हें पहचानना निष्पक्ष चर्चा में मदद करता है।

- प्रेज़ेंटेशन स्किल्स: श्रोताओं के सामने बोलना – अच्छा प्रेज़ेंटेशन श्रोता और उद्देश्य को सोचकर बनता है। उसमें साफ़ शुरुआत, मुख्य भाग और अंत होता है। स्लाइड सरल होती हैं और बोलने वाले की मदद करती हैं। साफ़ आवाज़, आँखों से संपर्क और सही समय ज़रूरी हैं। अभ्यास से घबराहट आत्मविश्वास बन जाती है।
