Travel and Tourism – Tourism means travelling for fun, rest or learning. A trip needs a destination, a way to travel (bus, train, car, plane) and a plan for sights. Travel time = distance / speed + waiting time. Know simple direction words (straight, left, right) and what to do when a problem happens, such as a late train or a lost bag.
Media and Technology – Media means the ways we get news, stories and messages: phones, the internet, social media, TV and film. Technology makes them fast and global. The benefits are learning, news, fun and staying in touch. The risks are too much screen time, fake news, unkind messages and privacy loss. A balanced user checks facts and limits time.
The Environment and Where People Live – We live in a home, inside a town or village, inside a bigger region. Each place has its own environment: air, water, land, plants and animals. Problems like smoke, too many cars and litter make the air and land dirty. Actions such as planting trees, using solar power, using bins and travelling by bike or bus help to clean them.
